Serving in ministry can be incredibly life-giving, but it can also be lonely and gut-wrenchingly difficult. We're here to help. In partnership with the good folks at The Bible For Normal People, we're a collection of leaders who strive to create safe places where those involved in church work can be honest about their own questions and struggles. We equip others to explore and teach the complexities of the Bible in healthy ways that don't perpetuate harm. Furthermore, we share our practical experiences of leading congregations through significant change in terms of how they view the Bible, issues of equality and inclusion for all people, and navigating one's own evolving beliefs when one's journey in that may be at a different speed than those in the congregations they're serving.

We don't pretend to have all the answers, but we'll share what we've learned, and walk with you as navigate the hard stuff.
